Conduit BI is a business intelligence and data analytics platform that enables users to:
- Connect to various data sources
- Create and manage data queries and transformations
- Build dashboards and visualizations
- Generate reports and insights
- Collaborate with team members
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time with reasonable notice.
3. User Accounts
Account Creation
- You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
- You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
Account Authentication
We use passwordless magic link authentication. You are responsible for maintaining access to the email address associated with your account.
Account Restrictions
- One person or legal entity per account
- Accounts cannot be shared between multiple users
- You may not create accounts for others without authorization
4. Acceptable Use
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. You may not:
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Infringe on intellectual property rights of others
- Upload malicious code, viruses, or harmful data
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
- Use the Service to send spam or unsolicited communications
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service
- Use automated systems to access the Service without permission
- Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
5. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its original content, features, and functionality, is owned by Conduit BI and protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
Your Content
You retain ownership of all data, queries, dashboards, and content you create using the Service (“Your Content”). By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to host, store, and display Your Content solely to provide the Service to you.
Feedback
Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you provide about the Service may be used by us without obligation to you.
6. Privacy
Your use of our Service is governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. Please review it carefully.
7. Payment Terms
Subscription Plans
- We offer various subscription plans with different features and pricing
- Plan details and pricing are available on our website
- All fees are quoted in USD unless otherwise specified
Billing
- Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis
- Payment is processed securely through Stripe
- You authorize us to charge your payment method for all fees due
Refunds
- Monthly subscriptions: No refunds for partial months
- Annual subscriptions: Pro-rata refund available within 14 days of purchase
- Refunds are processed to the original payment method
Price Changes
We may change our prices with 30 days’ notice. Price changes will take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
Failed Payments
If payment fails, we will attempt to charge your payment method again. After multiple failures, your account may be downgraded or suspended.
8. Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
- MERCHANTABILITY
- FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE
- NON-INFRINGEMENT
- ACCURACY OR COMPLETENESS OF CONTENT
We do not warrant that:
- The Service will be uninterrupted or error-free
- Defects will be corrected
- The Service is free of viruses or harmful components
- Results obtained from the Service will be accurate or reliable
9. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CONDUIT BI SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:
- Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
- Loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses
- Any damages resulting from unauthorized access to your account
- Any interruption or cessation of the Service
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING FROM THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or limitation of liability, so some of the above may not apply to you.
10. Termination
Termination by You
You may cancel your subscription and close your account at any time through your account settings or by contacting us.
Termination by Us
We may suspend or terminate your account if you:
- Violate these Terms
- Fail to pay fees when due
- Engage in fraudulent or illegal activity
- Have not used the Service for an extended period
Effect of Termination
Upon termination:
- Your right to use the Service will immediately cease
- You may export your data within 30 days (unless terminated for cause)
- We may delete your data after 30 days
- Provisions that should survive termination will remain in effect
11. Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. When we make material changes:
- We will update the “Effective Date” at the top
- We will notify you via email at least 30 days before changes take effect
- Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance
If you do not agree to the modified Terms, you must stop using the Service before the changes take effect.
12. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through:
- Good faith negotiation
- Binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association
- Courts located in Delaware (if arbitration is not applicable)
You agree to waive any right to a jury trial or to participate in a class action.
13. General Provisions
- Entire Agreement: These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Conduit BI
- Severability: If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect
- Waiver: Failure to enforce any right does not constitute a waiver
- Assignment: You may not assign these Terms; we may assign them freely
